Description of the event

About the event-


Kid Wonders

The event consists of small children which live outside Nirma University. The Event was
conduct in the Food Court 2 (F2). There were various fun games which include pass the ball,
Spoon Amla race, Paper Creativity etc. Gifts have been distributed to the winner of each
game, after that we cut the cake and at the end we provide snacks to the children.

Relevance of this Event-


We anyhow wanted to organise a social event. That can help children to plan and have an fun
activity to those who cannot afford any entertainment so for them playing such small games
and eating cake and snacks and drink some fruit juice is an occasionally and they are much
excited about that and so that smile on their face after event is much precious than any other
award or appreciation and we does not want to do an event for an people who can afford to
do what they want to do.

Objectives of organising the event-

1. It increase the capability to work with team


2. Experience new activities.
3. Encourage Physical activities.
4. To provide a fun-learn experience.
5. To assess the ability to organise self and others.

Event Execution (Duties and Responsibility)-


1. All the inventories were arranged and handled by Aman and Dhruv
2. Preparation and chart was done by Vamini
3. Poster was made by Vamini
4. Email marketing was done by Aman and Dhruv

Event coordination and resources-

 26th November 2019:-


We draft the mail to nirmaan for inviting children in our Event.

 27th November 2019:-


We brought Inventory for our event and gave order for cake and snacks.

 28th November 2019:-
We have visited to children homes who are residing beside Nirma for giving
invitation for a fun learning event (Kid Wonders)

 29th November 2019:-


Firstly we went outside to gather the children and take them to food court 2 (F2).

Firstly we gave them balloons and after those children play some games and at the
end the children cut the cake and followed by snacks and Drink.

 1st December 2019


We drop a thank you mail to Nirmaan

Event Marketing / Invitation:-


On 26th November 2019 we give invitation through Mail

On 1st December 2019 we sent a thank you mail

Event Logistics:-
We used Car to purchase the stationery and inventory for the event. All the transportation activities
were done by the three of us. All the items were procured in a span of three days. The posters were
printed in the K-block and the charts and stationery were purchased from behind Nirma (Malabar
County).

Learning’s:-
 We learn how to manage children’s
 We are able to understand how to manage the things while organizing the event.
 It helps us to know how to work in team and learn to make poster in canva.
 How to face the on spot difficulties while doing the event.
