STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

This study attempts to identify the factors influencing snacks preference of the

Grade-12 students at Calinan National High School in aid of developing viable

canteen management.

Specifically, the study sought to answer the following question:

1. How may the following factors influencing the snacks preference of

Grade-12 students be describe in terms of:

a. Demographic Characteristic?

b. Snacks Characteristic?

c. Frequency of menu?

2. What viable Canteen management may be developed based on the

findings of this study?

3. What is the relationship between factors influencing the snacks

preference of grade 12 students and perception for developing viable Canteen

Management?
ABSTRACT

This study identifies the factors influencing the food preferences of

Grade-12 Students.

The study made use of the descriptive correlational type of research.

Wherein, the study is applied to the 30% among 600 subjects or respondents

are examined.

The respondents of the study were the Grade-12 students of Calinan National

High School who were randomly selected based on the large population of

students enrolled in the 1st semester of the school year 2019-2020.
