Art. 364. OF THE REVISED PENAL CODE

Art. 364. Intriguing against honor. — The penalty of arresto menor or fine not exceeding 200
pesos shall be imposed for any intrigue which has for its principal purpose to blemish the honor
or reputation of a person.

How is intriguing against honor committed?

Committed by a person who shall make any intrigue which has for its principal purpose
to blemish the honor or reputation of another person.

Intriguing against honor is any scheme or plot by means consist of some trickery. It is akin to
slander by deed, in that the offender does not avail directly of written or spoken words, pictures
or caricatures to ridicule his victim but of some ingenious, crafty and secret plot, producing the
same effect.

Q: Do you know a person by the name of PHILIP LOCSIN?

A: Yes sir. He is the accused in my complaint for intriguing my honor and he was the former legal adviser of
(SKMDM) and resident of Tierra Pura, TandangSora, Quezon City.

Q. Would you be able to identify Philip Locsin?

A. Yes, he was the same person who was arraigned last ______during the hearing of my
complaint for intriguing against my honor.

Q: Do you recall where were you on March 11, 2014 at around 4:00 p.m.
A: Yes sir.

Q: Where were you then?

A: I was inside Robinson Supermarket, Sta Elena,Marikina City

Q: What were you doing there?

A: I was buying groceries together with my friend Angelo Buffol.

Q: While inside the said grocery during that time, do you recall any unusual event that
happened?
A: Yes sir. We heard, PHILIP LOCSIN who is at the other stall inside the said grocery store uttered to a male
person: "Si Malou Wang, nagmamalinis pa yan , presidente pa namanngSamahangngKababaihanna may
Dangal at Moralidad , nakuhanayan, din na virgin" (Malou Wang was carnally taken ) and other words of
similar import and meaning implying that I was no longer a virgin;

Q: Do you know of any reason why Philip Locsin uttered that statement against you?
A: When I assumed as President of SKMDM, I terminated PHILIP LOCSIN as our legal adviser because of a
compliant for sexual harassment by one of our staff. And Philip Locsin would want to get even on me by making
some intrigues on my person.

Q: what was your reaction to the utterances of Philip Locsin against you on that occasion?

A: I was put to shame and disgraced to other people as it affected my strong advocacy on the morality and respect
for the dignity of women.

Q: By reason of theutterances of the Philip Locsin against you, what damage did you experience if any?

A: Yes sir, I suffered sleepless nights, wounded feelings, moral and social embarrassment which PHILIP LOCSIN
should compensate by way of damages which is the natural, proximate and necessary result of the malicious
telltale in the amount of not less than One Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP100,000.00);
