A. Things that makes me happy:


1. Fostering good relationships with family and friends
2. Getting enough sleep
3. Practicing and receiving gratitude
4. Having a good laugh and a warm smile
5. The satisfaction of accomplishing a fruitful task
6. Little, unexpected things
7. Being inspired

B. Values that I uphold:


1. Integrity- helps me in being totally honest and truthful in every part of my life. I see
myself to being very committed to become a totally honest person, that I will
be doing more to ensure the success and happiness in my life than anything
else I can ever do.
2. Persistence- is the key to success in any field which helps me to continue making efforts
to achieve my goals even if I haven’t managed to do it on the first attempt.
Every obstacle is an opportunity for me to improve, persistence allows me to
keep taking action even if I don’t feel motivated to do so, and therefore you
keep accumulating results.
3. Respect- guides me in accepting somebody for who they are, even when they're
different from me or I don't agree with them. It is important to note that having
respect for ourselves guides our manners, having respect for others guides
our morals. If people respect or disrespect me, I simply respect them back,
they represent their ideologies not mine.
4. Resourcefulness- I use my wits, proper judgment and common sense to solve problems
and meet challenges. I find value in all kinds of different people, events and
circumstances. Being able to have the mindset to look at what’s in front of you
and to optimize what you have to work with is a very important and helpful trait
for me.
5. Creativity- Obstacles and challenges throughout life are inevitable. However, creativity
help me to continue to learn new, resourceful ways of solving problems in my
life. Creativity also helps me learn to trust my instincts and gain confidence
from expressing it. When I take the time and energy to develop my own ideas,
I learn to understand, trust and respect my inner self, in turn enabling me to
better express myself.
6. Humor- I find myself finding humor in just about anything that I encounter. Being funny
is possibly one of the best things I do for my health. Having sense of humor is
very important as I consider it as my mind's immune system.
