Proposal for Student’s Development Plan (Soft Skills Training) for

Management Graduates & Undergraduates – 3 Days

Introduction:
Its not just academic inputs which goes in making a student successful in corporate and
personal life. There are various others aspects of his personality which helps him in
achieving what he aspires and desires. If correct guidance and inputs are given at the right
time and the students are groomed properly they can easily bag good opportunities in
career and become an asset for the company. Most students have the potential but lack of
guidance; mentoring and right training makes it difficult for them to reach where they
would have otherwise reached easily and early. The inputs which may be required are
often in the attitudinal and behavioral areas.
This programme seeks to develop students by providing the right attitudinal and
behavioral inputs through interactive and participative classroom sessions.
