SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, , Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of, City of Ilagan, Isabela, have named constituted
and appointed, and by these presents, do hereby name, constitute and appoint my daughter, likewise of legal
age, married, Filipino, and a resident of Calamagui 1st, City of Ilagan, Isabela to be my true and lawful
Attorney/s-in-fact, for me and in my place and stead to do and perform the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To transact, process, follow-up, deal with and represent me in all of transactions with the
Registry of Deeds for the Province of Isabela and other government agencies pertaining and
relative to my parcel of land known as Lot No. 4902-A located at Calamagui 1st, City of Ilagan,
Isabela with Free Patent No. 023114-19-12215;

2. To claim and receive the transfer certificate of title registered under my name and other
papers in relation to the foregoing authority;

3. To do any act or thing or sign in my behalf for the accomplishment of the aforesaid power and
authority;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney/s-in-fact full power and authority to do
and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully to all
intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power and hereby ratifying
and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact or his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
hereof.
