First week
I did a lot in the first week, signing different documents like the travel
order where an organization passed a document regarding their travel details and purpose.
I used a "Trodat" to mark it as received and write the name of the receiving clerk. Then i
also handle documents of leave of employees of different organizations, same routine mark
it with a Trodat then the name of the receiving clerk. For one week that is my assigned task
and sometimes i go to different office to pass a certain document. The employees there are
very kind and welcoming and they even gave us food because and Employees there is
celebrating his birthday.

Second week
On the second week i did the same routine and eventually they taught
me a new task to perform. They called it as "Pagbato" where i type in the barcode of the
document into the computer and send it to another office, like being a document being
thrown into another office that’s why they called it "Pagbato". the other task assigned to
me was to photocopy bulks of documents and the proper way to photocopy it. Last is the
input of documents to the computer. Then the disaster awareness month had an event
where every office has a representative for zumba and us OJTs where invited to join so we
brought our P.E and joined the Zumba.
