    This letter is in regards to my notification letter that I wouldn’t be able to attend work on January
    20, 2019 (Monday) and January 21, 2019 (Tuesday).

    With that said, I would like to request your good office to allow me to endorse my subjects to
    another faculty to avoid interruption of classes. Also, I would like to request your good office to
    allow MR. CHARBIE CASTANARES to take over my classes on January 20, 2020 and January
    21, 2020.
