Online Statement Of Earnings Configuration in Payroll (SOE)

To view the Statement of Earnings, follow the steps given below applicable to only global localizations not for
standard.

Follow the Step by Step Process to configure SOE.

 Create User Category

 Set the System Profile Options

 Create Element Sets for Earnings and Deductions

 Enter the SOE information at Organization level ( Business Group ) ,Enter defined Element Set
information.

1. Create a user category


You can specify a lookup code for the lookup type SOE_USER_CATEGORY.

Navigate to Other Definitions > Application Utilities Lookup

2. Set the System Profile option: PAY: Statement of Earnings User Category

You can set a value to the user category created in step 1 using the System Profile option. Specify the profile
name as PAY: Statement of Earnings User Category.
3: Select the elements In the SOE Information EIT, select the values for Element1 and Element2 from the
element set of the type – Customization Set. The element sets hold Earnings and Deductions elements. Note:
Element1 should have the Earnings element set and Element2 should have the Deductions element set.

Hrms Manager->Payroll Element Set

Proceed the same Step for Deduction Elements also


Enter the SOE Information at Organization Level.
Navigate to your Business Group and click Others. In the Additional Organization Information window, select
SOE Information.

N) Work Structures > Organization > Description


After completion of the above setups run the payroll for employees and click on SOE will get
