With a new Mid-Term Plan of three years, with a Vision to

Empower, Gain Momentum, and Accelerate Evolution. We
continually strive to minimize all existing risks and make
careful planning to be able to expand and continue to compete
in the market to a global scale, and can continue to innovate
quickly to face the challenges that arise. Control the problem
to help the company achieve its goals.

Top Urgency Drivers

● Lack of global customer interest in the product, because

the product only focuses on meeting local market
satisfaction (assembly manuals are only made in
Japanese, the main market is only sold in the Japanese
market)
● The number of goods available is less than the number of
requests.
 Audit Initiatives

● Expand business development in Asia, especially in China, and also

focus on North America.
● Create a new Mobile Suit Gundam series worldview in line with
local markets.
● Create Gunpla guide in English language to reach more customer
satisfaction globally
● To maintain efficiency and comfort in working, we will provide
time limits for workers to make their lifestyles healthier and work
optimally

Assumptions
● Gundam which were offered through advance sales in the Asia region, have
also recorded highly favorable sales. In April 2019, Gundam plastic models
surpassed 500 million cumulative total shipments.
● in order to pursue production targets many companies continue to work to
pursue the set targets, and that can cause many problems for their health and
lifestyle. we realize that is the quality of our human resources will have to
produce quality products
