1. install Arcgis 10. Close application once installed don't do anything

2. install licence manager
3. install SERVICE PACK 1
4. Install License manager Service pack 1
5. start KeyGen
6. change the version to 10
7. click All
8. open your ...\ArcGIS\License10.0\bin\service.txt file and replace its content
with the text that appears in the ArcGIS KeyGen window.
9. save and close this file
10. open LSAdmin
11. reread the license key*
12. check the license in Diagnostic, it must say RUNNING
13. close the LSAdmin and then go to Arcgis Administrator
14. check on Arcinfo Concurrent License
15. you will see the toogle for ArcGIS License manager activated (left bottom)
16. press OK and you can see the available license will loading and show the all
license
17. Click on desktop folder, you will see License manager box, fill it with
localhost
18. press ok, and you ready to go... DONE!
