Project Specification for Email Followup to Influential Parenting Program (Model

for A & B)

1. Overview – We will be preparing for an A/B test with two websites. One will be following a paid
content model (current version of the site) and the other a free/donate content model to be
cloned from the first and then customized. Version “A” website has been built and is live. Phase
1 of the project is to complete this site’s drip system before cloning it so we can begin Version
“B”. Work on the version “B” drip system will move forward while Version “B” content is
being modified to it’s free/donate model. While both sites are being worked on, please note that
WordPress core, plugins and themes will be updated regularly from ManageWp. This will cause
occasional maintenance periods.

4. Testing
4.1. Begin testing after the first three triggers and responses (ip01 thru ip03) are ready. Retest and
adjust all three until they pass their tests and are approved to go forward.
4.2. Begin testing after the remaining triggers and responses (ip04 thru ip10) are ready. Retest and
adjust until all pass their tests and are approved to go forward.

to create a successful follow-up & drip campaign system for model
A&B.
