Quick start guide

Dear Applicant,

The Renewable Energy Project Development Office (REPDO) is pleased to launch the Round 1
pre-qualification process of the National Renewable Energy Program for the 400 MW Midyan
Wind and the 300 MW Sakaka PV projects.

Please find below the quick start steps to easily access the RFQ documents in the eProcurement
Portal (ePP):

Once logged in to the ePP, you can

access the RFQ tender event by clicking
“RFQs” under the “Projects” section.

The RFQ tender events will be listed

under the “RFQs Open to All
Suppliers“ tab. Click on the event of
interest, to go to the RFQ overview page
where you need to click on “Express
Interest” if you would like to participate
in the RFQ process for the selected
event.
All attachments provided by REPDO are
located in the section “Buyer
Attachments” under the “RFQ Details”
tab. Here you can download the RFQ
document and annexures either
individually (by clicking file name) or by
clicking “Mass Download”. The response
to the RFQ must be submitted through
the “My Response” section under
selected tender event.
To prepare your response, click on “My
Response” under the “RFQ Details” tab.
Here you can have an overview of the
entire RFQ. When you are ready to
respond, click on the “Create Response”
button or alternatively click on “Decline
to Respond”.
Any clarification or questions related to
the RFQ tender events between REPDO
and interested bidders shall be through
the dedicated RFQ messages section. To
access the messaging feature, click on
Messages tab (next to RFQ Details Tab).
You will also see REPDO responses under
“Received Messages” of this section.
