This letter is to inform you that we are formally terminating the signed agreement entered last
September 20, 2019 between CHAN and FAMILY BUSINESS CORP. (SELLER) & FILPRIDE ENERGY
CORPORATION (BUYER).

We regret to let you know that this is due to delays and your non-conformity to the compliance
documents that you require for these sale.

Consequently, we will return to you the full refund of the downpayment amounting to Php 600,000 for
the Aringay Gas Station and Bauang Gas Station and the rest of the stipulated terms in the contract shall
be cancelled. Attached is the deposit slip for the refund.

We appreciate your interest in buying the Aringay San Eugenio Caltex Gas station and the Bauang Gas
Station. We hope that you find better deals in the future that would fit the needs of FILPRIDE ENERGY
CORPORATION.
