Dear Mr. Tabuno (a.k.a Nhel K. Lao),

Subject: DEMAND FOR RETURN OF MONEY

Good day!

This has reference to the money which have you received from me inGaisano Grand Mall,
Buhangin, Davao City in the total amount of One Hundred Thousand (100,000) Pesos. As
agreed, and promised to me the money given to you would increase at least (50%) in one
month. Threemonths have passed but no money or interest given to me. Today, I strongly
demand my capital together with the penalty for three months delayed.

This formal demand is now served upon you, demanding that you return to me the capital
together with interest and penalty to the sum of Two Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand
(285,000) Pesoswithin (5) days from this day thereof.

Failure to do on your part to do as herein demand would compel me to file the appropriate case
in court to protect and/or enforce my interest.
