This study aims to determine the comparative analysis of lomi in the selected
towns of Batangas.

Specifically, this study seeks to answer the following questions:

1. What is the profile of the respondents in terms of:

1.1 Age

1.2 Gender

1.3 Nature of Work

2. What are the characteristics of Lomi in Ibaan, San Jose and Lipa in terms of:

2.1 Ingredients

2.2 Taste

2.3 Consistency

3. Are there significant differences among the characteristics of Lomi In Ibaan, San Jose
and Lipa?

4. What lomi menu can be prepared to satisfy the costumer based in the findings of the
study?
