A day without technology

- Consuming a day without technology is pretty much normal to me but not so, I have
experienced a day without technology since I was a kid. I always keep myself busy like playing
outdoor and indoor games in order for me not to get bored. It also kind of makes it a normal
thing for me to do because in the weekends my parents restrict us from using gadgets and tells
us to do the chores at home.

Timing of technology

- The limit of technology is very important and has important reasons why, in my case I should
seriously restrict myself of technology. Reason one is because I need to study and focus on my
studies for I am in college and I need take college seriously, next is that to avoid from using
gadgets in order for a healthy eye sight and importantly to refrain from addiction of video
games.
