Pre lesson
1. Tr shows pictures of people with disabilities and poses a qs how do
you show respect towards people with disabilities?

Activity:
1. Pupils watch a video. Tr distributes a qs card to each group.
 Should the disabled athletes compete in the Olympic? Why?
 How can we show appreciation towards the Paralympians?
 Why should we respect people with disability?
 How can you assist people with disabilities?

Post lesson:
1. Pupils write a card of congratulation / poem / email to a
Paralympian of their choice.
