    We are writing this letter to ask your kind consideration for re-signing again the letter for
    panel, letter for adviser and endorsement letter of our research manuscript entitled
    "Informal Carers of Patients with Mental Illness: Triumphs and Travails”, it was changed
    from the previous title "Carers' Journey with Patients of Long-term Illness: Triumphs and
    Travails" since there is already a study about family caregivers with cancer patients last
    2018 according to our research coordinator. Please see attached Minutes of the Outline
    Defense last January 14, 2020 for your reference.
