Dear Sir/Madam,

In order to conduct fair & smooth Practical Exam, the Board has appointed you as an
Observer for AISSCE-2020Practical Examination. Please ensure that Board’s guidelines no.
Coord/PTG/2019 dated 18.12.2019 are strictly adhered during the conduct of Practical

You are requested to visit these Schools on examination dates as informed by the
Principal and ensure that the Practical examination is conducted in a fair and smooth manner as
per CBSE guidelines. The records of experiments/activities/project work and the marking
scheme may also be inspected before submitting your confidential report in the enclosed
format.Confidential Report be submitted immediately after completion of Practical Examination.

This year an app link provided to the schools for uploading 01 group photograph of each
batch during the practical examination. Group photo should consist of all the candidates of that
batch, external examiner, internal examiner and observer. All faces should be clearly visible in
photograph. The photograph should be taken in the laboratory where practical exams are to be
conducted and laboratory should also be seen clearly in the photograph. The uploaded
photograph is geotagged and time tagged.Please ensure that the uploading of marks and group
photograph of practical exam are uploaded online as per guidelines of the Board.

In case your near relative is appearing in the aforesaid Practical Examination, the same
may be informed immediately to this office, so that alternative arrangement could be made.

The remuneration will be paid for the above task as given under:-

(i) An honorarium of Rs.500/- per day will be paid besides Conveyance/TA/DA as per rules.

(ii) Conveyance @ Rs.250/- is admissible for local observer. (No TA/DA applicable for local
observer)

(iii) T.A./D.A. will be applicable as per rules of GOI under VIth CPC for outstation schools (As
printed on the back side of T.A./D.A. bills).

(iv) Travelling by own Car/Taxi will be restricted to entitled Class Train fare.
