1] EXIDE CARE INCENTIVE: All Power Brigade Dealers who have an existing Exide Care outlet and has maintained it
as per the norms will be eligible for 1% Annual Incentive on the overall NSV during the year. For new Exide Care
outlets implemented in 2019-20, the incentive will be valid from the month in which the outlet is approved by
CMO.
2] TOTAL TURNOVER ACHIEVEMENT LINKED INCENTIVE: All Dealers who achieve their Annual Total Turnover
Targets will be entitled to 0.75% incentive on their overall NSV (E-Rick will be considered for calculating
achievement only – no incentive will be payable on E-Rick offtake value).
3] HIT INCENTIVE: All Power Brigade Dealers will be eligible for 1.5% HIT Incentive on Vehicular (w/o E-Rick) and 2-
Wheeler NSV based on their entitlement of HIT sales. Maximum 35% of Vehicular & 2WH primary purchases of a
Dealer will be considered for this incentive. Designated HIT dealers will be entitled to this incentive up to a
maximum 85% of Vehicular & 100% of 2WH primary purchases (however, if any HIT Dealer has a Combined
(TR+MT+NV+HU) Bill Value Offtake < Rs. 10L in a particular month, his HIT Incentive will be calculated only up to
a maximum 35% of primary purchases for that month). Only Humsafar Sales registered on Humsafar Billing
Software with Battery Serial Numbers will be eligible for HIT Points.
4] CONSUMER SALES REGISTRATION INCENTIVE (CSRI): All Dealers will be entitled to CSRI benefit as detailed below
for all Consumer Sales Registrations initiated and completed by them through the Exide specified system:

5] POWER BRIGADE SOFT BENEFIT: All PB Dealers will be eligible for soft benefits as detailed below depending on
their PB 2019-20 Tier.

6] CHANNEL FINANCE INCENTIVE FOR GROWTH IN TURNOVER: All Dealers who avail of CF facility from the CF
Partner Banks are eligible for 0.75% incentive. Qualifying amount would be the additional off-take value over and
above the previous year’s off-take value for the month subject to minimum growth of 10%. Such incentive would
be disbursed through monthly credit notes.
7] RTGS & CASH DISCOUNT INCENTIVES:
a) 0.75% on RTGS amount for payments received through RTGS - to be disbursed through monthly credit notes.
b) 0.50% Cash Discount – payable on the face of invoice.
