SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Short Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Jonathan
Darren “Property Manager”) and _Shelvin Sam. ________________________,
_______________________(“Guests”) as of the date last set forth on the signature page of this
Agreement. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the
parties hereby agree as follows:

Property. Cra 36 # 8a 88 Medellin , Antioquia , Colombia

Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of 14 guest

3. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 30 persons , every

person after 14 costs $99 per night

4.Term of the Lease. The lease begins at 8am early check in of February 6th 2020 (the “Check-
in Date”) and ends February 9th 2020.

5. Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the property
and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to
abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.

No underage visitors that are not related to the guests, no drugs, no concerts, do not break
anything

7. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair if
damage is made. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner..

8. Rental Rate and Fees.

50% + security Deposit (750 dls) due upon arrival

9. Cancellation Policy: Only refundable if the house provided is not the house with the same
address and or the same in the pictures otherwise the payment is non refundable.

10. Insurance: Mandatory security deposit due upon arrival via a hold on your credit card and
will only be returned if the house is returned in the same condition received and payment in full
has been made.

11. "Venue": tenant agrees that any disputes or lawsuits arising out of the rental agreement shall
be filed in the jurisdiction in which the property is located only.
12. Guest is aware that this property is sometimes rented out as an entire house or hotel, for the
dates purchased the property will be yours solely. No one outside of your group, guests and or
employees will be staying.
