Objective of Assignment: The objective of this assignment is to help the learners develop skills in writing
Technical Reports, and then present them to an audience effectively.

INTERNAL ASSESSMENT ASSIGNMENT GUIDELINES

1. Report Writing: Every Group of 5 members will create a written report on the activities during
the last two years of the Legal Aid Cell assigned to them.
2. Length of the report: Total 22-32 pages.
3. Binding: No Plastic or spiral-binding.
4. Submission: Both Hardcopy and Softcopy. Hardcopy pages printed on both sides of the page.
5. Things to be covered in the report:
a. History of the Legal Aid Cell
b. List of current members and previous year’s members
c. Programmes conducted by the Legal Aid Cell in 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 and any plans
for more programmes this academic year.
d. Photographs of events and activities (limit the number and size of photographs)
e. Any Projects and Surveys done by the Legal Aid Cell (apart from regular programmes)
f. Any collaboration with NGOs etc.
g. Impact Factor: How many clients/ attendees of programmes; any follow-up action taken
by members after the programmes.
h. Feedback from the public about programmes
i. Attendance/regularity of members
j. Method of working of the Legal Aid Cell
k. Nature of involvement of the Faculty in charge of the Legal Aid Cell
l. Press coverage/ social media coverage
m. Venue/time/date of functioning
n. Difficulties faced by Legal Aid Cell members
o. Learning experiences of Legal Aid Cell members
6. Presentation: Every group will present a summary of their report in the form of a PPT in class for
15 minutes. Every member will have to present a part of the report.
