INTRODUCTION 

It is our pleasure to introduce to you our company, Cool Pro Air Conditioning Trading LLC, known also as “Cool Pro”, 
which is a subsidiary of TS Investment (TSI) – a well‐known multifaceted holding company in the UAE. 

Since its establishment in 2017, the vision of Cool Pro has always been to become the preferred HVAC equipment and 
services partner in the UAE and the region with the goal of eventually creating its own brand name in the world of 
HVAC industry. 

Our mission to achieve our target has lead us to become authorized distributors for major brands in the UAE such as 
HISENSE-HITACHI, LENNOX & DUNHAM‐BUSH. 

HISENSE‐HITACHI is a well‐established manufacturer with its factory based in China and having HVAC product range 
from the decorative split units up to the VRF machines. HISENSE‐HITACHI produces durable units with good quality 
suitable for cost‐effective budgets. Its strong service and competitive pricing give HISENSE‐HITACHI the edge against 
its rivals. 

On the other hand, LENNOX is a world‐class quality US brand with indispensable heritage. Having its DX product range 
of ducted splits and rooftop packages manufactured in the US, its air side equipment manufactured in Italy and its 
chilled water units manufactured in France kept LENNOX on the forefront when quality and efficiency are necessitated. 
In addition to its strong DX product base, LENNOX has recently developed its VRF product portfolio putting it at par 
with other technologically‐advanced manufacturers. 

DUNHAM‐BUSH, however, is a technological master‐mind US brand with more than 100 years in history. Throughout 
its tenure, DB has focused on innovative product development. Today, DB provides a full portfolio of HVAC/R products 
from fan coil units to large centrifugal chillers as well as many other innovative green solutions. Its commitment to 
innovation, matched with an aggressive attitude towards growth, makes DB a leader in MENA markets. Its product 
development is tailored to meet the specific needs of customers.  

Moreover, and in its search for distinction within its approach, Cool Pro is currently developing sustainable, highly‐
efficient and environmentally‐friendly HVAC solutions under its own brand that are critical for the future of this region. 

Cool Pro currently manages HVAC business in all over the UAE from its base in Dubai and has plans to expand its reach 
to cover the whole Middle East region in the next three years.
