APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF PRAYER OF THE MEMO UNDER RULE

2 (41) OF THE SUPREME COURT RULES,2013

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1.That the above noted SLP is pending in this Hon’ble Court.

2.That due to typological mistake in the Prayer of the memorial submitted by the Respondent
the Respondent has prayed for DISMISSAL OF THE SUIT instead of DIRECTION TO THE
PETITIONER TO PAY DAMAGES OF Rs. 3,00,00,000 TO THE RESPONDENT FOR
DEFAMING THE RESPONDENT AND FURTHER FOR DISMISSAL OF THE
PETITIONER’S APPEAL AGAINST THE ORDER OF NGT , NAMELY, C.A 3412/2015.

3.That now the Respondent wants to amend the prayer for inclusion of the abovementioned
changes.

It is, therefore, prayed that the application of the applicant may kindly be allowed and the
applicant may kindly be permitted to amend the prayer accordingly.
