and appoint HILDA SANEZ HILIS, Filipino, of legal age to be my true and lawful attorney-in-
fact for me, and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts, to wit:

1. To represent, receive/claim any documents from Sta. Lucia Land Inc. particularly the
Owner’s Duplicate Certificate of Title upon full payment of any outstanding balance, if
there any over the said property.

2. To make, sign and execute, for and in my behalf, any documents which may be necessary
for the release of the certificate of title;

3. To represent, execute pay the fees required, sign any and all document(s) and paper(s) as
well as claim/receive for and in my behalf said document(s) from the concerned individual
or government agencies and offices in the Philippines, as well as to do any and all acts in
order to accomplish the aforestated facts acts and deeds.

4. To perform any other act relative to the abovementioned purposes in whatever manner
necessary to effect the processing of documents.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper
to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully
do if personally present, with power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to done under and by virtue of
