1. That your petitioners , are all Filipino citizen, of legal ages,

presently residing at 13 Ozamis St., Heroes Hills, Quezon City; 215
Batangas North, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City; 1683 Dian St., San
Isidro, Makati City; 13 Sunrise St., La Paz, Makati City; 22743
Tanguile St., United Paranaque,, Paranaque City; represented in this
petition by their siblings and Attorney-in-Fact Ma. Lourdes I. San
Juan-Constantino and Gerardo I. San Juan, both Filipino, of legal
ages, presently residing at 881 Acacia Ave., Ayala Alabang,
Muntinlupa City and 13 St. Catherine St., Perpetual Village, Brgy.
Bagong Tanyag, Taguig City, are co-owners of four (4) parcels of
land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-(20900) T-6888, T-
(20903) T-6897, T-(20904) T-6898, and T-(20899) T-6889, all issued by
the Registry of Deeds for Laguna, Sta Cruz Branch, Sta Cruz,
Laguna, Certified Copies are hereto attached as Annexes “A” bought
from Spouses Daniel B. Ignacio and Rosita Quiralto, Deed of Sale is
hereto attached as Annex “A”
