    Dear Honorable Mayor,

    Greetings!

    I write in behalf of _______________________. We would like to thank you for your continued support
    in providing us with the necessary equipment for us to be effective in the conduct of our duties.

    In order for us to continue being effective, with your support, we would like to request from your good
    office to provide us additional equipment, more specifically, two (2) air conditioning units for our growing
    staff who will be occupying two (2) office spaces available in the second floor of the building and filing
    cabinets (and the like), for our case files.

    Considering that the court started out with only two employees (other than the Judge), the need for
    additional office space and its equipment is understandable.

    With the growing number of cases filed in the City of Naga, and estimated 50 cases per week, filing
    cabinets (and the like) has become insufficient for the new cases.

    Hence, we implore your good office for the assistance, in order for us to become effective channels of
    justice.
