Apply various rules of discourse and rhetoric in editing different types of written materials and principles and
strategies in translating texts of diverse types from English to another language or for another language to English.

VI. Goal of the College of Education

The Iloilo State College of Fisheries Main Campus, College of Education develops competent teachers who are imbued with positive
values and rich ideals of Filipino life and culture and are responsive to a sound educational technology that could help hasten the
social economic and ecological development of the nation especially Western Visayas.
