Activation Steps for the Digital Secure Key

Step 1
Log on to SABBNet to activate your Digital Secure Key and enter your current username.

Step 2
Enter your memorable answer and some digits of your new password.

You are logging on as: Abdallah

All fields are required

1. Enter your Memorable Answer

2. Enter the 4th, 5th and last digits of your password

Password:

Forgot your password?

Forgot both your memorable answer and password?

Step 3
Choose your selected Secure Key type to activate it.

Step 4
Download the SABB Mobile Banking App to use your Digital Secure Key*.
*If you have it already downloaded, please make sure it is up to date.
Step 5
The validation code will be displayed on SABBNet, then follow the given instructions for
activation.

Step 6
Log on to SABB Mobile Banking App, enter your username, memorable answer and
some characters of your password.
Step 7
Click on "Activate Now".

Step 8
Enter the validation code (the one you have displayed from SABBNet) on the SABB Mobile Banking
App.and press continue.
 Step 9
Then you have to choose the delivery option to get your activation code.
1- A TM/SABB Direct : the activation code will be sent directly to the ATM, or you can
contact the SABB Direct number to get the activation code. After receiving the
activation code you will be able log on to SABBNet without any delay.
2- S
 MS: the activation code will be sent to your mobile, however you will have to wait 24
hours to access SABBNet.

Step 10
A confirmation page will appear with confirming that the activation code has been successfully
generated.
Step 11
Logon to SABB Mobile again, and enter the activation code on the required Field.

Step 12
Now you have to create a password for your Digital Secure Key on this screen.

App or internet
banking
Step 13
Your Digital Secure Key has been successfully activated, click on continue to log on to SABB
Mobile Banking App, then enter your Digital Secure Key to be able to log on to SABBNet.
