Leadership

Why did I read this book in America?

Because it is a short book, to add book points and because after

the leadership of challenge bases I wanted to see how with
personal experiences you can lead the team..

I don't like Guardiola.

But I liked everything that I manage as a team,

people from the quarry who get to be at a maximum
level to play with top level people. A good leader.

I'm going to use the book to take two or three

apprenticeships and apply them to the company...

For?

Setting an even greater example with

the indicators
Better project leadership

Leading the company in terms of

How did Guardiola become successful?

Create a story with all its plot, and work on it.

Winning results Happy Hobby Efficient process Improving people

We need to tell stories or create short term

objectives in order to reach our goals.

What solution do we apply?

It happens that yesterday we were working on the vision, mission and values
of the company and that on this trip, "El paso de" we have put a vision,
mission and values to work all together.

I believe that in this way we will tell a story and how we want it to look..

It indicates to me
that the trip is well focused.
What do I like best about all this?

The passion we are putting into it, knowing that we will fail but that
we will grow.

I see myself reflected in the book,

same passion different goal.

What base or what company culture were

But... there's an even more important word...

The book highlights several virtues, where I

will focus on these:

To tell him more time for my private life,

Respect your own time already as a demand because it cannot be 24h
of the day of LEINN.
To focus my critical thoughts in a way that helps
Mastering the mind people and to always see that what I say is not
always seen from my perspective.

Pursuing the Purpose Set both personal and professional goals, but
real ones that can be measured in a short
period of time.
Personal opinion

The book is not very long, I do not like Guardiola, but I liked
in spite of all that, to see the approach that I want here,
that everything that is developing is being fulfilled and not
to dream so much and to put me shorter and measurable
goals. I would recommend the book to people who have a
little bit of leadership or don't like to read big books, so
they can get a simple basis to understand what parts of
leadership can be.

The End.
