As we began to wind down on a decade, not just a year, it became imperative that we told the
story of the decade; the journey so far, the highs, the lows, the struggles, the victories and most
importantly, how we survived the decade.
Funny how most people see us and doubt that we ever faced any challenges. They see some of
us as superstars and look at us with awe, as if we just dropped from heaven. NO, WE DID NOT!
As a matter of fact, we started from ground zero, faced every form of fear, obstacles and
challenges that anybody could possibly face in this profession. We overcame by sheer persistence
and that is why we are well cooked and cannot be pushed over or pushed aside as far as this
golden profession is concerned; not in Nigeria, not in Africa and not even in the WORLD at large.
We have come full circle.

A LITTLE BIT OF HISTORY…

It all started on the 4th of April 2013… I saw the Network Marketing business opportunity and just
like every other person that is part of the Industry today, I signed in; little did I know that I was
on a date with destiny.
It was a leap of faith in an unknown territory. I was told to get just 2 people and I would end up
becoming a multi-millionaire. I opted to get 5 people so that I won’t hear any story. Looking back,
if someone had actually given me the full load down, I probably would have pulled out
immediately. What I was told, was to get 2 people and hope that the two people do the same. I
decided to get 5 people but little did I know that I was in for a shocker. Looking back now, it
makes sense… if Financial Freedom was gotten by just getting 2 people, there will be no poor
person on the streets, because everybody would be a multi-millionaire. Just like every person in
this profession, I came face to face with that singular urge/decision every soul in this business
MUST face; the Urge to Quit, the Urge to Slow Down and try something else, the fear that this
might not deliver on its promise of financial freedom, I overcame that fear and temptation, hence
I am here today, Financially Free and living life on my terms.

SUCCESS NEVER GOES ON SALE

Unfortunately, there are no short cuts to success. Success never goes on sale; you must pay the
full price for it or you will not attain success. We (THE MASTERMINDS AND G-LEADERS) PAID THE
FULL PRICE. We collectively refused to give up on our dreams, we became inmates of the same
cause, we refused to bow to the same temptation that has knocked a lot of people out, we
refused a bail out, rather we forged on with unwavering determination to succeed, and became
what we are today.
We started out with Forever Living Products in APRIL 2013. We started off very well, I became a
soaring manager within 5 months, a record-breaking feat and the first person to ever do so in the
company.

Due to the non-compatibility of the compensation plan to the Nigerian economy, we started
struggling and faced all kinds of challenges. My initial commitment was to run the business for
two full years, non-stop. I did, but at the expiration of two years, which was APRIL 2015, the
business had nosedived so badly because of the inability of the Company’s management to adapt
to the changes in the dwindling economy. the increase in the Naira to Dollar exchange rate was
constantly affecting the price of the Company’s products and the Compensation Plan was so
inappropriate for a third world country that was hitting recession, the monthly
authorship/maintenance ran into hundreds of thousands of naira and people were forced to sell
products to survive. Pleas to the Management to review the compensation plan and be creatively
dynamic so as to revive the business fell on deaf ears.
Despite the challenges, we stayed on instead of quitting the business. We decided to burn the
bridge, and that was when I decided to quit my job at the bank so as to go FULL TIME and FULL
THROTTLE and that was when C21FG was born. The Vision is to raise a group of people who have
Financial freedom, Health freedom and Time freedom. The mission is to provide the system,
support and structure to enable them reach their goals. So, I quit my job in the bank to enable
me have more time to be there for my struggling team mates, so that they can attain financial
freedom.
Left with no other choice, we got an office and decided to go full time, we didn’t have money to
pay for the office space in a Plaza, we offered to pay part payment but were mocked. I looked
straight into the eyes of the Barrister managing the Plaza and told him that we may not have
enough money right now but very soon, we will take over the whole plaza. He looked at me,
laughed hysterically and said “I know you will take over the whole Abuja, but please first of all,
pay complete for this one office space and stop pricing it like it’s tomatoes we are selling’’. Long
story cut short, we paid for that office space and today, three years down the line, we have taken
over the whole Plaza.
Having burnt the bridge, we decided to burn the boat and killed the captain as well. We had no
other choice than to sit down and start developing systems and strategies to make the business
work. We spent quite a lot to make the office look presentable, after which, we had little or no
cash left. Most of us had no cars, some of us were driving cartons that were rather driving us …
nuts! We didn’t even have enough money to pay light bills. We got a small generator (I better
pass my neighbour). At one time, the generator packed up, one of the Masterminds had to bring
his generator from his house for the grind to continue. It was in this office and during this
challenging period, we created and modified most of the basic systems which we now use today.
Towards the end of the year, some remarkable things happened that set the tone for the Launch
of the Own Your Life Campaign. Those events brought about the rude realization that the vehicle
we were using would not bring us to the financial freedom destination we desired and
miraculously, we were led to a new vehicle; after weeks of consultation, prayers, fasting and long
exhaustive investigations to be sure that we don’t make the mistake we made with the first

company, we launched the Own Your Life Campaign with ALLIANCE IN MOTION GLOBAL as our
sole partner on the 13th of March 2016.
In 2016, we hit the ground running. We ran our business that year from Suite 8 Shalom Plaza, a
38 square meters office with an 11 minutes video with white board, marker and a booklet. There
was no time table, we ran presentations every 30minnutes back to back; the video lasted
11minutes and the close down was done in 10 - 20 minutes and by August 2016, we produced
the Top 15 in AIM GLOBAL NIGERIA.

2017… YEAR OF THE GRIND; GO HARD OR GO HOME

At the start of 2017, we were about 2,000 members and it was acclaimed …” The Year of the
Grind”, which was tagged Go Hard or G Home and it lived up to its acclamation. We grinded that
year, from January to December, at this time, we acquired two more offices, a bigger one which
was Suite 5 for presentations and Suite 2 The Millionaire School for trainings, and turned Suite 8
to a grinding zone. We had business opportunity meetings consistently in the project office, twice
daily except Easter Sunday and Christmas day. Different teams ran events outside the project
office almost every weekend; footfalls in the project office Abuja that year is estimated to be
about 50,000 people, footfalls in outside events is estimated to be about 20,000 people. We
upped our game as regards trainings, we had trainings every day, sometimes twice a day, to the
extent that the Millionaire School couldn’t contain some team meetings. We Grinded in 2017,
little wonder we produced 60% of the millionaires created by AIM GLOBAL NIGERIA that year; we
have Top 14 and Top 5 in our team, and we closed the year with 14,000 members.

2018 … GO PRO! GROW UP OR GO HOME

In 2018, The Blueprint was to GO PROFESSIONAL! ITS EITHER YOU MAKE UP YOUR MIND TO
GROW UP OR YOU GO HOME. GROW UP OR GO HOME! In 2018, we started with 14,000
members and closed the year with 45,000 members, we practically took over the Shalom Plaza,
we acquired the former FORTIS MICROFINANCE BANK office. At the close of the year, we had
over 25 offices in the plaza…
That year, we had over 22 G-leaders, these are people that have made millions and their business
make them millions monthly or at least have that potential and over 20 people bought their cars
in this business. We produced the top 5 highest earners in Abuja and 80% of the top matchers in
Abuja. We did not just take over, we dominated the business space in Abuja and we took a 32
MAN SQUAD to the Philippines. We also produced the Top 2 Highest earner in Nigeria with 6
people in top 20 NIGERIA.

2019 … BUILDING LEADERS
In 2019, the blueprint was BUILDING LEADERS. We started the year with 45,000 members and
closed the year with over 165,000 members, we produced 10 positions on the top 20 and
produced the top 1 in Nigeria and also took the Top 3 Matchers in Nigeria. We finally maxed out
the offices in Shalom Plaza, over 50 offices and counting.
We have also occupied about 16 offices in BAHAMAS PLAZA as our Headquarters and the leaders
now drive exotic cars.
We took 139 people to the Philippines, and we have over 500 offices nationwide with countless
full timers, and we raised many Leaders. We took a 109 team to Ethiopia and Dubai, we filled
out the highest event center for two days in Abuja to celebrate our 3rd anniversary. We fed 5,000
families at Feed the Family Project Season 2.
As you can see, every year lived to its blueprint. The reason, I took us back to history is for you to
understand that C21FG did not just come over night, we have paid our dues, we have come full
circle, you can actually trust the wisdom and leadership of the Masterminds and G-leaders to
guide you through to the next decade and right now we are at the precipice of a revolution; the
dawn of a new DECADE. The YEAR OF THE CONNECTED ECONOMY.
Before we delve into the coming year, at this junction, I want us to take some time to recount
the goodness of God to us, not just this year but this decade. So many people that we started
the decade with did not survive. We may not be exactly where we want to be but we definitely
are not where we used to be, so there is reason to give thanks to the Almighty.

WELCOME TO 2020, THE YEAR OF THE CONNECTED ECONOMY (GO DOMINATE)

Everything we have done in this past decade is just us rehearsing, prepping and preparing for the
connected economy.
We have said it countless times; we have not started yet, we are just testing the microphone.
ALAS, we have been preparing and rehearsing for 2020 and BEHOLD 2020 is now upon us.
We have been talking about the connected economy in our presentations, now we are in the
connected economy.
Just like fighters’ train in the camp weeks before a fight, footballers train before a major game,
in the same way, these past years have been training for us. Now here’s the deal; no matter how
hard a fighter or a football team trains, once the whistle blows, if they don’t show up and put
what they learnt in training, then everything they did in the training camp becomes a waste.

IN THE CAMP AND REFUSE TO GO DOWN TO THE TRENCHES TO DO THE WORK NEEDED TO WIN
IN THE REAL STAGE… IT WILL BE A BIG DISASTER AND YOU MAY NEVER HAVE A SECOND CHANCE
TO REDEEM YOURSELF.

BOXING RING FIGHT ANNOUNCEMENT BY JIMMY LENNON JR IN A BOXING MATCH… “LADIES AND
GENTLEMEN IN ATTENDANCE, FIGHT FANS JOINING US ALL OVER THE WORLD THIS IS THE
MOMENT YOU HAVE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR, THE JUDGES ARE READY, THE FIGHTERS ARE READY,
THE TIME FOR TALK IS OVER, RIGHT NOW… IT’S SHOW TIME!!! AND THE BELL RINGS. THE
FIGHTERS AT THIS MOMENT GET INTO THE ZONE AND THE NEXT 30 MINUTES DEFINES THE NEXT

FOR YOU TO DOMINATE IN 2020, THERE ARE 5 PILLARS.

5 PILLARS FOR DOMINANCE:

Before I explain what, it means to dominate and what it takes to dominate, let me explain the
Year 2020…

 • The Year of the Connected Economy is the year where a lot of people will begin to realize
that the Industrial Economy is winding down and that you can’t make a lot of money in
the Industrial Economy. A lot of people’s eyes will open to the scam of orthodox
education; go to school, get a good degree and get a job and work your whole life on a
pay check. People will realize this scam and most young adults especially millennials will
be dropping out of conventional education because the educational system is already
broken. There is a new education on board, it’s called the knowledge system. Few years
from now, some people will be shocked that people actually learnt in classrooms.

• The year of the connected economy is the year of the Millennials, they will begin to make
their choices and shape the world; the average millennial won’t play in the Industrial
Economy because it’s already winding down, they will play in the Connected Economy.
The Millennials are addicted to the good life and we must bring it to them. The average
millennial will clear their bank account to pay N20,000 for a ticket to go and watch Burna
Boy perform and use Keke Napep to go home and starve for the next one week… because
they want to relieve the “Good Life”

• In This year of the Connected Economy, there will lots of players coming into the
Connected Economy, a lot of Network Marketing Companies will flood the country. All
kinds of Ponzi Schemes will also storm the country. I won’t be surprised if MMM and/or
those other defunct Ponzi Schemes come back reloaded and a lot of Nigerians will still put
their money there and lose because they don’t see any hope in the Industrial Economy
anymore. It can’t give them the good life they seek. In this decade… People are desperate
for the “good life” and that is why the crime rate is off the roof

• The Connected Economy is one in which people will be addicted to living the good life.
Due to information revolution, people will want to have the good life and will be willing
to do anything to have it. You can already see it happening. DETTY DECEMBER People
have not had the kind of fun they had at the close of this year before. I was in Lagos and
I witnessed it LIVE. All the major and expensive hotels were fully booked. In 2020, PEOPLE
WILL BE TIRED OF SUFFERING, PEOPLE WILL BE ADDICTED TO LIVING THE GOOD LIFE and
that is why we are launching LA BUENA VIDA… it will be explained towards the end of this
blueprint.

• In the year of the connected economy, there will be a lot of money in circulation; recently
the Central Bank of Nigeria, shut down short term money instruments, like Treasury Bills
and fixed deposits in banks. Some banks are giving fixed deposits at 0.1%, which means if
you put your N1 million naira in the bank and you don’t touch it for 1 year, you will get
only N1,000 less withholding tax, which is 100. It means for leaving N1million in the bank

 for a year, you will get N900 only. Some give at 1% which means after one year, you will
get N9,000.
Secondly, CBN has moved the loan to deposit ratio of banks to 65% and it will become
70% by January. What this means is that every bank should lend up to 70% of the
depositors’ funds in their custody, not the statutory deposits with CBN.
The above policies have the following Implications:
1. The public will no longer be keeping monies in the banks because it’s dormant cash not
yielding interest and waiting for inflation to come and devalue the money they have. They
will take more risk putting their monies out there than keep it in the bank without
interest. A lot of Microfinance banks and equity companies will come and give higher
interest rates and most of them will not be able to meet obligations as the fall due and
most people will lose their money to Microfinance Banks and these equity companies;
SEC (SECURITY AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION) is what regulates these equity companies
and Microfinance Banks and are not as stringent as CBN and NDIC that regulates banks.

2. Banks, in order to meet up with the 70% Loan to Deposit ratio, will be forced to give
money to every Tom, Dick and Harry, without collateral and will do so at reduced interest
rates because the cost of these funds are almost zero. Besides, if banks do not crash their
lending rate, the portfolio managers and Microfinance Banks will edge them out of
business. Loans will become easily accessible and bankers will be chasing people to give
them loans and not the other way around. Besides, BVN that ties all your account in all
banks to a source makes it easier for banks to give credit without collateral, knowing that
once you get money in any of the bank, it will bring a red flag and they will liquidate your
obligations.
The plan of the CBN is to inject monies into the Industrial Economy and make people begin to
revive the Industrial Economy, but the sad news is that the era of the Industrial Economy has
gone and it isn’t coming back again. People can still make survival income in the Industrial
Economy but not income to give them the good life that they desire. It also won’t last because
the Millennials don’t have the patience, the skillset and the mindset to play in the Industrial
Economy, besides, because of learning curve, and the associated loss of funds that comes with
it, only people with access to a whole lot of money can play and succeed in the Industrial
Economy; PEOPLE THAT ARE EXTREMELY RICH AND HAVE A LOT OF CASH TO PLAY AROUND. For
people without access to a lot of money, success in the Industrial Economy will be laborious, very
slow and tasking, and because the Millennials don’t have the patience, the skill set and the
mindset to play in the Industrial Economy, they will quit quickly and look for the Connected
Economy. The Industrial Economy can’t promise the GOOD LIFE.

How does all these affect us?
In the YEAR 2020, there will be lots of money circulating in the economy; some will go to the
portfolio managers, some will go into Ponzi Schemes/fraudsters, some will go into the Industrial
Economy, while the most of the monies will go into the Connected Economy.

HOW DO I DOMINATE IN THE YEAR 2020?

THE FIRST PILLAR IS:
BACK TO THE GRIND.
Like I said earlier, the whistle has been blown, the game is on. Forget about the preparations, it’s
time to put all that you have been learning to work. It’s time to go into the trenches and do the
dirty work, it’s time to establish your dominion in this decade. Time for talk is over, time for play
is over… It’s time for action. The competition will be so stiff that if you snooze, you lose.
If you are not going to roll up your sleeves and get to work, the people who are willing to do so
will collect the majority of the market share including yours and by the time you wake up, it’s
game over! While some people closed shop as early as the 2nd week of December, some people
are working round the clock, running events back to back apart from 25th. You may be forgiven
because the whistle has not been blown, if you try it in this year of the Connected Economy, it
will shock you what you will see.
A team mate from a Leader who closed shop early in December came to me and asked if she
could sign up under another Leader. I asked her why and she answered that her Leader had closed
shop and she doesn’t want to close shop yet because she doesn’t even have enough money to
celebrate the holidays. I had to do extra work to calm her nerves. The competition is much, you
have to be fully awake to drag your own market share.
If you blink, you will be knocked out straight. It’s like sleeping on top of a moving motorcycle.
How do you know that you are sleeping on top of a motorcycle in 2020? If you are not rigidly
following the elements of the grind listed below.

WHAT ARE THE ELEMENTS OF AN EFFECTIVE GRIND?

THE FIRST ELEMENT OF THE GRIND IS:

CELL MEETING; Cell meetings will be an integral part of our business in 2020.
One of the fundamental secrets of growth is Cell Meetings and people who deployed Cell
Meetings in their business in 2019 came out as top earners. It was included in 2019 BLUEPRINT.
The teams that took it seriously can attest to the impact it made on their business.

WHAT IS CELL MEETING? It’s a gathering of full timers and some part timers every morning for
purposes of personal development, training, bonding, and to start the day right. It’s usually from
Mondays to Fridays and last for typically 60 minutes, anchored by Leaders who are also building
their businesses full time.
THE PURPOSE OF CELL MEETING IS TO GROW AND DUPLICATE SAME IN CELLS. A CELL IS
SUPPOSED TO DUPLICATE IN 6 MONTHS. THE IMPLICATION IS: IF THERE ARE 10 PEOPLE IN A
PARTICULAR CELL SAY CELL A, IN 6 MONTHS, THOSE 10 PEOPLE SHOULD BE ANCHORING
DIFFERENT CELLS HAVING DUPLICATED INTO 10 CELLS.
CELL MEETING SHOULD BE ENCOURAGED IN OUR TEAMS NATIONWIDE ESPECIALLY WHERE
THERE IS AN OFFICE AND LEADERS THERE ARE FULL TIME. LEADERS SHOULD AGGRESIVELY
PROMOTE CELL MEETINGS IN ALL OUR LOCATIONS.

BENEFITS OF CELL MEETING?

1. DAILY CELL MEETING INSTILLS WORK ETHIC DISCIPLINE THAT LEADS TO SUCCESS: This is a
business that is not regulated, and whatever is not regulated, people don’t apply discipline to it.
Without discipline, it’s very hard to attain success.
If you are doing this business full time and you are not earning 8 figures monthly yet, you have
no business being on your bed in the morning while other people are going to work. Before you
can Own Your Life, you must do the grind. Nobody signs up and begins to own his/her life
without first of all putting in the work.
Cell meetings should start at the same time other people resume work. 8am is okay, some can
choose 7.30am or 8.30am. Let every full timer resume with about 1hour cell meeting. Cell
meeting should not exceed 1 hour, must be educative, interactive and sets the pace for your day.
2. DAILY CELL MEETING BREEDS LEADERS: The singular reason people quit this business is lack
of adequate knowledge, the world by their sheer mass of ignorance about our business, by their
actions, words and both are imposing their ignorance/weak ideas on our team mates, which leads
them to slow down or attrite. If you know what I know about this business, how will you EVER
quit????

What makes a Leader in Network Marketing is Knowledge. The successful people in this industry
are successful because of what they know about the industry. Daily Cell meeting consists of daily
knowledge sharing that leads to building a team of Leaders that have good knowledge of the
industry which makes it impossible for them to quit. And if you don’t quit, you have no choice
but to succeed in this business.

3. DAILY CELL MEETING PROMOTES ENGAGEMENT AND BONDING: One of the key factors in our
business is engagement. During cell meetings, it’s easy to reach out to people at their very point
of need in the business. The team is growing so large that Leaders may not personally relate with
everyone, but at cell meetings, it’s easier to engage people on a personal level and help them
specifically where they are struggling. It’s also a tool to promote anything in your team, you
cascade it down via cell meetings. For a start, you can use Matt Morris, Millionaire School
Trainings for Cell Meeting trainings and leaders can decide further modalities.

THE SECOND ELEMENT OF THE GRIND IS:

STRUCTURED DAILY/WEEKLY MODE OF OPERATION.
If you start your month without a laid-out plan that will cover activities for that month, just know
that you are not just playing with your business but deceiving your loved ones as well who think
that you are running this business.
In Year 2020, you will have to be intentional about your business. Everybody in your team that is
running the business knows exactly what to do. If you are running the business FULL TIME, there
is a mode of operation for you. If you are running it PART TIME, there is equally a mode of
operation for you. Only those in the hobby zone can do whatever they like, however they like.
For example, if you are doing the business full time, you should invite a minimum of 20 prospects
daily, which means you should have an unending list of prospects, you should be constantly
prospecting to have at least 20 people to invite on a daily basis.
I did not say make 20 phone calls. You should book at least 20 people who have made
commitment to com. You must make at least 20 follow up calls and you should show the business
to 2 people at least, either in form of presentation or one on one.
If you are a FULL TIMER and a whole day passes without you achieving this, just know that you
are not just playing but also misleading your family, upline and even downlines that think you are
in the business FULL TIME. You told them that you are going to work while in essence, you went
to play and you will definitely not make good money and will join the band wagons that tell us “I
tried it and it didn’t work”. Whereas all they did was play and deceive everybody that they were
doing the business. Have you ever met people who tell you, “I have already done this business
and it didn’t work out for me”? And when you ask them what they did, you will be shocked that

they expected any results from what they did. It’s akin to someone who rents a shop in the
market, stocks it, and opens it once a week for 45 mins and is complaining and wondering why
he/she is not making good sales. Most people show up in the office from morning till night, but
spent the majority of the time chatting, gisting and playing and go home exhausted for doing
nothing. This year, the leaders should fish them out and put them in the hobby zone.
WHAT I FIGURED OUT IS THAT IF YOU CONSISTENTLY RUN THIS BUINESS, YOU WILL MAKE
MONEY LIKE THE OTHERS WHO ARE MAKING MONEY!

THE THIRD ELEMENT OF THE GRIND IS:

FULLY BOOKED CALENDER;
It’s been said that we have only one boss in this profession and it’s our Calendar. If your Calendar
is not fully booked, you are playing.
There should be a time table of daily events, trainings, IPO, QSG and also Big Events. If you have
not been doing big events, you need to repent and get back to doing big events at least once in
a month. I suggest twice monthly. Halls for big events should be paid for and booked at least 1
month in advance so that you leave yourself no choice than to do the needful. It’s called setting
yourself up for success.

IN THE YEAR 2020, THERE WILL BE A LOT OF GRAPPLING BECAUSE A LOT OF NETWORK
MARKETING COMPANIES, PONZI/ILLEGAL SCHEMES WILL NOT JUST BE JOSTLING FOR
PROSPECTS, BUT FOR TEAM MATES THAT ARE NOT ESTABLISHED. SO IF YOU DON’T GET BACK TO
THE GRIND… YOU WILL HAVE YOURSELF TO BLAME.

NB: Note that the grind does not mean that you should disregard things about your life that
matter, things like spirituality, family and relationships, physical exercises, rest, fun and good
food.
It’s more about effectiveness of the grind and not just the grind and that is why planning is
necessary. Everything should have its place and time.
DO NOT SACRIFICE the important things I mentioned earlier especially family and relationships
for the GRIND because at the end of it all, success without relationships is frustration. Good
relationships give true meaning to success. Also DO NOT sacrifice the Grind for Relationships
either because at the end of the day, relationships without success is frustration. Money
improves the quality of relationships. STRIKE A BALANCE. IF YOU ARE AT WORK, BE AT WORK

AND DO NOT PLAY. IF IT’S TIME FOR FAMILY/RELATIONSHIPS, BE THERE AND DO NOT WORK. LET
THERE BE A TIME FOR EVERYTHING AND HAVE THE DISCIPLINE TO STICK TO THE TIMINGS.

THE SECOND PILLAR FOR DOMINATION IS:

COMMITMENT TO FOLLOWING THE SYSTEM.

There is no secret to success, there is only a system to success. You can’t create wealth without
commitment to following a system. You can make money without a system but not create wealth.
That is why you see people making money and all of a sudden, their business crashes. It’s because
there is no commitment to any system, they are just going around recruiting. Wealth is not built
on emotions but on systems.
WHAT IS THE SYSTEM TO FOLLOW?
THE S.M.O CHECKLIST AND THE 4-4-4 CONNECTORS WORKSHEET.
The reason you are given products worth your money and even more is to show you that you
have been given back value for your money. This 2020, from the new packs, you will be given
value worth almost twice the money you paid for.
THERE ARE 3 OPTIONS ONCE YOU SIGN UP;
OPTION A:
DO NOTHING; if you decide to do nothing else, you already have your money’s worth in terms of
the products. So, go and enjoy the products, they can save your life and that of your loved ones.
OPTION B:
MAKE A LITTLE QUICK MONEY; but if you decide to make a little quick money here and there you
can start recruiting people randomly without going through trainings and the S.M.O Checklist.
OPTION C:
BUILD A FORTUNE; but if you decide to make a fortune and create wealth, then you MUST BE
READY to be trained and also follow the S.M.O CHECKLIST AND GRADUATE TO THE 4-4-4
CONNECTORS WORKSHEET.
Anybody that signs into your business, ask them what they want? You must not decide for them,
and which ever one they choose, help them on that path, and hope they change their option in
the near future to Option C.

IF ANYBODY SIGNS UP and refuses to go through the S.M.O CHECKLIST, just see that person as
matching bonus reward because sooner or later they might likely quit. So, my advice is to squeeze
out the 35 man contact list from the person as soon as possible and see whether some people
can come from there who are willing to do the needful and continue his lineage.
NB: There are special cases though, where it may not be possible or convenient for a person to
follow through the System. The leaders can handle these special cases on a one on one basis. For
example, a serving Governor or a Politically Exposed Person signs up, it may not be convenient
for them to follow the SMO checklist. In this case, the Leader might need to work around his or
her special circumstances to get the best out of the person, but in the end, the leader will either
get him or at least his downlines to follow the system.
Special candidates should be in the minority, at least 80% of your team mates should be following
the system religiously. Just like in corporate organizations, protocols may be broken for a few
people, but it has to be with the consent of your Leader.
The S.M.O checklist is designed to get new team mates to a basic knowledge about the business
and also take basic actions more like theory and practical. That is why a well-crafted S.M.O
checklist should consist of activities, trainings, videos and reading of GO PRO aimed at bringing
the person to a place of basic knowledge where it will be hard for the person to quit and prepare
the person for the emotional roller coaster journey ahead in this profession. The S.M.O check list
should last for a typical 4 weeks. You can get a typical S.M.O checklist at the Entrepreneur Mentor
website, it will be uploaded very soon. Various Leaders are allowed to craft their S.M.O checklist
but the overall aim of the S.M.O checklist is to bring your new team to a level of knowledge and
to have done certain level of considerable activities to boost their confidence in their business.

THE THIRD PILLAR IS INTENSE FOCUS.

I am yet to see one person who has dominated in any area of specialty without intense focus,
which some might even call obsession to their craft.
One of the characteristics of this DECADE is the inundation of several network marketing
companies, Ponzi schemes and Hybrid Ponzi schemes all coming at team mates just to destabilize
and make them lose focus.
In 2016, months after we launched the OWN YOUR LIFE CAMPAIGN, we witnessed this surge.
MMM, Ultimate cycler, Crypto currency… all kinds of Ponzi schemes, and even some legit
network marketing schemes stormed the market like a flood and sadly, a lot of people went with
this flood and most of them that would have been G-leaders and Multi-Millionaires are nowhere
to be found today and all those companies and Ponzi schemes are also nowhere to be found
today.

All through the years, since 2016, we have seen lots and lots of them come in like a flood, today,
they are not heard about anywhere. The Own your Life Campaign and AIM GLOBAL is still waxing
stronger and stronger and we are just getting started.
We lost some people then because we did not immunize them, because even we, the Leaders
were not that strong as we are now. We didn’t have the experience we have now and that is why
I am going to take some time to inoculate you against the flood so that you can see the flood
coming and run for your dear life… Many Have Gone!
The flood comes with a lot of excitement and promises of something better; they will bring some
myths that are not really true and promise of better compensation plan. I am going to demystify
those myths.

MYTH NO 1. IF YOU ARE AMONG THE FIRST PERSONS TO COME INTO THIS NEW ONE, YOU WILL
MAKE ALL THE MONEY, THE LEADERS IN YOUR COMPANY ARE THE FIRST AND THAT IS WHY
THEY ARE MAKING ALL THE MONEY.
I also experienced the flood when someone took me to Transcorp Hilton Hotel and began to tell
me to leave AIM GLOBAL and float their new company. I was not making much then in AIM
GLOBAL and he told me that imagine if I was among the first set of people that started AIM
GLOBAL in 2012, I would have been making a lot of money. But I already knew that this was a
myth because I understood that it’s only in Pyramid schemes like the corporate world or
Industrial Economy that such a thing happens. In a proper Network Marketing economy,
everybody starts from the ground level and if you have a system, you can become No 1 in the
entire world, no matter what time you join. I joined AIM GLOBAL 4 years after it started and
today, I am the Top 1 in NIGERIA. The top 3 matcher in the whole of Nigeria is barely 1 year old
in the business as at the time he became Top 3 matcher. Guess what, that company with all their
promises are nowhere to be found today. Imagine if I had bitten the apple, I would have gone
with the flood. GOD FORBID!
I have discovered that once something that will affect the lives of people positively is launched,
the devil will always dangle an apple in front of that person, like he did in the Garden of Eden.
Once the person bites that apple, for the most part there is no return; because the HOLY BOOK
says that he that puts his hands on the plow and looks back is not worthy of the kingdom.

MYTH NO 2. THIS NEW COMPANY HAS A BETTER PAYMENT STRUCTURE, IF YOU DO WHAT YOU
ARE DOING IN YOUR CURRENT COMPANY IN THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL EARN FAR MORE.
I was also given this particular apple, but I didn’t bite, even though as at that time, I was not
making so much, but I also knew this was false because no company is a charity organization. No

company likes your face and want to be giving you money at their own detriment, because they
are in this to also make profit.
Most times, in order to break into a country, a company can decide to over pay just to lure new
prospects and after they have lured them, they change the compensation plan. When someone
is desperate, they can do anything, most of these companies that were promising to pay heaven
and earth then, they are nowhere to be found today.
The sad thing is that they swept people away that would have been multi-millionaires today
BECAUSE IN AIM GLOBAL, ONCE YOU JOIN ANOTHER NETWORK MARKETING COMPANY, THE
MANAGEMENT TERMINATES YOUR ACCOUNTS. MOST OF THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN BEGGING
TO COME BACK BUT IT’S TOO LATE EXCEPT THEY ARE WILLING TO START OFF ON A NEW SLATE,
REGISTER A NEW ACCOUNT AND START ALL OVER AGAIN. EVEN AT THAT, THEY MIGHT STILL NOT
BE ALLOWED TO DO SO.

MYTH NO 3. THIS IS A NEW ONE, YOUR COMPANY IS ALREADY SATURATED. IF YOU COME HERE,
YOU WILL GET A LOT OF PEOPLE SIGNED UP.
This is one of the oldest apple, it is called scatter bomb. I was also sold this apple but I refused to
bite because I understand that new does not necessarily mean better and hype does not make
money in Network Marketing. What makes money is when you consistently build a team over a
long period of time that it enters duplication mode. Most of those companies are gone today.
We have been here, seen lots of these companies that come with a bang, come with the hype,
some of my Leaders were approached then but they were smart enough to see through the hype
and declined. Those Companies are nowhere to be found today.
I also understand that you cannot build a duplication model if you keep moving from one
company to the other because it seems better than your former company. When are you going
to stop? Because there will always be companies that seem better.
It’s just like enrolling in a university, let’s say, University of Uyo, to study Electrical Engineering
and after 1 year, someone tells you to come to University of Benin that the lecturers there are
better blah blah blah, and you leave and go to University of Benin to start afresh and after 2
years, someone tells you to come to University of Lagos that it’s the bomb, and you go to UNILAG
to start afresh and later someone says you should go to a University of Technology like FUTO…
you will never graduate if you toll this path. That is why you see some people, they will tell you
that they are 15 years in Network Marketing, yet they are not financially free because they are
still prospecting you, looking to poach you. They have been jumping and will keep jumping from
one company to the other; for them each new one will be their last and the ride never ends.
There are no short cuts… Period. People that are looking for short cuts never create wealth; they
will keep looking for short cuts until they run out of time. Never give listening ears to distractions
that could eventually take you out of your garden. Like I said earlier… Many Have GONE!

The secret of success in Network Marketing is not the company but the leadership and the
structure of his business. Jumping from one company to another destroys your reputation and
divides your team. it also kills confidence and opens your team up to also join other companies
and that is what is called the scatter bomb, because if you leave and join another company, some
members of your team will also move and join another company… it scatters everything. STAY
PUT IN ONE PLACE FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME; YOU WILL DEFINITELY SUCCEED.

PONZI SCHEMES
I am going to explain to you in details what a Ponzi scheme is so that you can identify it when you
see one. Because people don’t know Ponzi schemes, they fall for them.
A PONZI SCHEME simply put, is a scheme that does not give you at least equal value in terms of
goods and services for the money you used to enroll and you may not be able to recover your
money’s worth in the open market.
Let me dissect this.
If you sign up into anything for an x amount of money, and they don’t give you goods in exchange
for that amount of money… it’s a red flag.
If they give you those goods and/or services and you cannot go outside of them to sell it and
make back your money… it’s a red flag.
There is what I call the HYBRID PONZI SCHEME; it’s one that gives you products and/or services
but you must go through them if you want to recoup your money or if you want to sell the
products. If you decide to go into the open market place, you can’t even see those products let
alone being able to sell them. These kinds of companies compensate for this by paying out huge
referral bonuses. For example, you sign in someone with N10 and the referral bonus is N5, what
it means is that the products is worth like N2, so they are paying you back directly some of the
money from your new sign up. This is hybrid Ponzi. Over inflated products are hybrid Ponzi
schemes.

THE FOUTH PILLAR OF DOMINATION IS:

BUILDING FOCUSED FULL TIMERS.
Due to the fact that the year 2020 is the year of the Connected Economy, only full timers will
maximize it. Like I usually say, if you are looking to create wealth in the next decade, then
Networking Marketing is one of the preferred options. So, you might as well go in full time.

The kind of money available in this profession is incredible. A business that can give you as much
N96,000 a day with a startup of N38,000, and with a startup of N570,000 you can make as much
as N1.4 million daily… It is a thing to do, why not focus on this?
Secondly, this business has residual properties. I think, this is the main reason I went into it full
time. There are very few businesses that has the ability to give you residual income years after
you have built it.

NEWSFLASH: Except you have a lot of money to play with, which a lot of people do not have, one
of the best ways to generate residual income is through Network Marketing. Two months ago, I
interviewed a bunch of leaders and all of them confirmed that 90% of the income they earn is
residual, which means their income has no direct input from them.
All the top earners are full timers. Those that will earn 7 digits and 8 digits monthly in this
profession in the year 2020 will all be full timers… So, why not go FULL TIME…
Do not coerce or force anyone to be full time, allow people to run at their pace BUT encourage
anyone that wants to go full time TO GO FULL TIME and consistently build FULL TIMERS

I have ONE GOLDEN ADVICE; GO FOR THE MILLENNIALS, those who are between ages, 18 years
to 25 years and get them to do FULL TIME, because nothing will pay these group pf people in this
decade more than the Network Marketing, because these group of people don’t have the money,
skills set or capability to make any meaningful income that can give them the “Good Life” they
crave for. What is the average income/salary for these people in the industrial economy, even in
the so called good jobs???
I advise that you seek out these people. Provide the structure, support, and requisite training for
discipline for them to go FULL TIME and watch what will happen to them in the next 12 months…
in 12 months’ time, they will be a head and shoulders above their peers in the industrial economy
both in wisdom and money.

BENEFITS OF GOING FULL TIME

1. You become better skilled when you are fully dedicated. The more skilled you are, the
more successful you become. All FULL TIMERS, if they refuse to be distracted will end up
as multi-millionaires in the foreseeable future.
2. You have more time for your team mates, more time to train your team mates, handle
their issues and help attend to their prospects and help close them down. If you are not
there to take care of your team mates, who will?

 3. You attract prospects when they know that you believe so much in the business that you
are dedicated to doing it full time.
4. You also attract full timers. I sowed the seed by leaving my bank job to go full time. My
leaders followed suit, now we have hundreds of full timers.

THE FIFTH PILLAR TO DOMINATION IS:

BECOME A SPECIALIST!
If you want to dominate, you must make up your mind to become an authority in the Network
Marketing field. I did not say become a professional. I mean, become a specialist in the field of
Network Marketing and it takes a lot of work, training, personal development and practice to
become a specialist BUT a mentor can cut your journey short by taking you through the path of
least resistance.
NEED FOR MENTORSHIP
A mentor is someone who has gone or been to where you want to be and has also been able to
take people there consistently.
A Mentor has been there, done that, got the t-shirt, so he knows the loop holes, he knows where
the bumps are and can guide you to the destination safely.
A journey of 10 years can be cut short to 1 year with a mentor, because you save all the times for
trial and error and go straight to what works.
Becoming a specialist can take you quite some time but it will all be worth it at the end because
in this new decade, Network Marketing Specialists will be one of the highest income professions,
not just because of the residual income that the business brings but because of who the business
makes you to become. And because of the nature of this business, when you become a specialist
in this business, who you become is incredibly priceless.

As I begin to round off this Blueprint, two things come to my mind. The first is the fear that a lot
of people have, which is that despite everything, 2020 might likely end like 2019 and the second
is the fear that nobody knows what 2020 might bring.

But I have good news for you, “FEAR NOT” if you put the pillars in this Blueprint into practice,
2020 will be an entirely different year for you.

I hear the Sounds of Abundance, I hear the Shouts of Victory, I see the Tears of Joy, I see the
Realization of Dreams, I SEE A GLORIOUS 2020.
