The Perfect Gift from Memorable Moments

Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my deepest dissatisfaction with the china figure

which I ordered from your company, only for 19,99 pounds. I think that
your advertisement was very disappointing.

Firstly, the advertisement said the product will be delivered within ten
days, but it took three weeks. I tried to call to your company and to
solve the situation but no one picked up the telephone.

Futhermore, I was disappointed about the quality of figure, it was

cracked and looked very unattractive . The china figure looks so bad
that I can not give it to my friend. Also, in your advertisement you claim
that each figure comes on a wooden stand with a gold plaque where
you will engrave our message. However, you engraved the wrong
message but not the one that I send to you.

As you can imagine, I am very upset, and looking forward a full refund
for the product, as is guaranteed in your advertisement. I would
appreciate if you would look into this matter as soon and possible.
