Incident Detail:

The Pampanga and Indang Cavite branch can’t connect to our server. After an escalation
and troubleshooting of our network and server, we noticed that the problem was not in our end.
We found out that the problem is on SkyBiz DSL because the IP Address was change and the IP is
not on our range. We decided to contact the NOC on SkyBiz to modify the DSL MODEM and after
the modifications had been made, the connection working after such.

This report is for reference should the incident will happen again.
