The roles of the Chief Executive Officer in the Management of the


Consulting firm are as seen below:

Creation of a unique, upscale, innovative environment that will


differentiate the Consulting firm from other
management/professional development businesses;
Educating the business community on what the Consulting firm has
to offer;
The formation of a learning environment that will bring people with
diverse interests and backgrounds together in a common forum to
overcome challenges, both professionally and personally;
Affordable access to the resources of business and management
consulting and other development services.
Generating revenue to manage the firm and make good ROI to the
Board.

Revenue Propositions

The proposed revenues of the Management Consulting firm over the next
one (1) year are as seen below:

Achieve projected revenue of approximately N36,000,000 by end of


year one (1). (worst case scenario)
Please note that this is expected to increase in subsequent years as
the company gains grounds

30% entrepreneurial per year.

Requirements

- Company’s Tax Clearance Certificate for 2016 – 2018;
- Current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st
December, 2019;
- Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till
31st December, 2019;
- Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance
Certificate;
- Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors,
Consultants and Service Providers

Registration of the CEO with key social clubs (to be discussed)


A presentable car and driver
Regular management trainings as required
A gross annual Salary of N9,600,000
Purchase of Tender Journals weekly
Trips to Abuja as the need arises to source for jobs
10% or more Equity shareholding after one (1) year of satisfactory
service (to be discussed)
