RESUME & COVER LETTER REQUIREMENTS

Apply the information discussed and distributed in class to create a cover letter and one-page resume targeted to an
internship for which you are currently qualified. Handshake is the preferred source for finding an internship. Do not select
an option that requires a completed bachelor's degree or licenses/certifications you don’t possess. The internship posting
must be submitted on a separate page and should include the employer, position title, qualifications and duties. This
assignment will receive a “0” if the internship posting is not submitted and/or if you are not currently qualified. Refer to
general requirements for all assignments. A cover letter guide & sample resumes are available in Canvas.
