Learning using the smart school mobile application can

change the way students learn which can be done anywhere
and anytime. This can overcome the problem of physical
presence in the classroom. However, if you consider the
appropriateness of the formal education system for junior high
schools in Indonesia, this raises problems in terms of the rules
for providing education.

V. CONCLUSIONS
Mathematics learning using the smart school mobile
application is a student centered learning model. The
development of digital technology has an effect on improving
the quality of learning and achieving competence. The
Android-based smart school mobile application provides
interactive and interesting mathematics learning material that

hoped that it can change the mindset and culture of student
learning that can be done anywhere and anytime. The use of
mobile phones for junior high school students in Papua can be
utilized properly and efficiently for learning mathematics.
