The Purpose of this assignment is to provide you with an overview of how vast and diverse
the logistics & supply chain really is. These organizations offer an opportunity to improve
your skill set outside your academic or workforce training at your present/future
employer. Please view this assignment as an opportunity to expand your knowledge of
interest in the logistics community.

Using Word or a document converted to Microsoft Word: Write a 500 to 750 word essay
describing one of the logistics organizations of your choice in the list below. Use one of the
following fonts: Times New Roman, Calibri, or Arial with a font size of 10 to 12 and double
space between sentences.
 Create a Title page listing the name of the organization, your name and the date i.e.
Spring 2020
 Describe at least 3 unique features of the organization
 Take the position of recruiter and advise of the reason one of your readers should
join the organization.
 Save the file with your name in the submission as well as the assignment; this is for
