I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration major in Human Resource Development

Management (BSBA -HRDM) at Polytechnic University of the Philippines Maragondon Branch. I
wish to bring my knowledge, skills and commitment to excellence to your establishment

Aside from my degree, I have built upon my interest in other fields. My internship at Expressions
Stationery Shop Inc and Department of Foreign Affairs also afforded me with the crucial skills to work with
some professionals from different fields aside from human resource industry. Being a trainee developed
me enthusiasm and widens my perspective about different jobs. My experience as a Customer Care
Assistant, gave me knowledge and values to communicate effectively with different types of people and
giving accurate information. After five months in that position I was promoted into a claim specialist that
handles payment, recoupment and other claim processing functions. Aside from talking over the phone, I
also answer written inquiries, review medical records and proof of billings that the clients send to our
department.

I am confident that I can bring this level of expertise with me to your organization and help the PHILIPPINE
NATIONAL POLICE REGION IV-A build upon their reputation in protecting and promoting the right of every
