SUMMARY OF THE REASONS FOR DECISION:

The magazine contains close-up depictions of men’s and women's genitals and the
women's anuses and buttocks, during intercourse. These depictions dehumanise the
men and women presented by reducing them to specific body parts. Women who are
depicted on their shoulders with their legs above their heads are demeaned by the
manner in which they are portrayed. The manner, extent, and degree of the
degrading, dehumanising and demeaning depictions featured in the magazine is such
that the availability of the magazine is likely to be injurious to the public good. The
