Treading towards the Future"

2. Lead organizer designated from campuses / focus area
- ES1: Dean Wright and Dean Vaughn - in the music and entertainment industry
- ES2: Ms. Huntsman and Ms. Ross - in theatre and performing arts
- MS2: Ms. Fitzpatrick - in the literature and spoken word
- MS1: Ms. Fulgiam and Ms. Muhammad - in the city of Memphis and black
culture. Walking in Memphis
- HS: Ms. Gray - High School - in the realm of sports: redefining what it means to
be an athlete? (Is this going to be the theme? Do we change it? We need more
information from campus)
3. Logistics: food, tables, chairs, decoration, what else is needed?
- No food?
- Parents bring food? Yes/No
- Snacks?
- Jackson - owned-business from teachers
- Ask teachers if they want to provide food
- Buy brownies, treats,
- Baking
- Head of Schools send on weekly email about food?
- Location: Brownlee, first option. Millbranch second option
- If at Brownlee, no tables or chairs needed
- Food: we will discuss more in the next meeting
- Decoration: we will discuss in the next meeting
4. Event Design / T-shirt / Flyer info (based on the event theme)
- Flyer: waiting on HS to see if they are having a campus event so we can put it on
the flyer and send it out to everyone
- T-shirts: working with vendor to get the quote
