Estimate Basis Notes:
(1) All in Labor Rate is based on $20 per hour Effective Rate for club members
(2) Specialist rate is $250 per hour including all fees, benefits and temporary supplies/tools. Specialist will charge for specialized equipment.
(3) Allow Expenses for meals, brochures and mailings as part of fund raising
(4) Any approval costs on the part of the Design Judge will be at his expense
(5) Costs based on previous competitions
(6) Cost of renting track for performance testing
(7) Cost of supplies for repairs during testing
(8) Cost of 2 round trip air fare at $500 each plus 3 nights of hotel at $150 each plus 2 x $50/day x 4 days meals, etc.
(9) Cost of tents, water, etc. on day of competition. Cost of $500 entry fee.
