LS: 5.1.3 Able to use verbs correctly and appropriately: (a) present
continuous tense.
1. Pupils revise the notes given in the previous week.
2. Each pupils say out the present continuous form of words
shown in the video played by turn. (name the characters action
in present continuous tense e.g, She is walking.)
3. Pupils complete the exercise given with teacher’s assistance.

LS 3.2.3 Able to punctuate correctly: (a) speech markers
1. Pupils name the punctuation marks shown.
2. Pupils learn its functions with teacher’s assistance.
3. For today’s lesson pupils will be guided regarding the usage of Quotation Marks and
Commas in writing skills.
4. Teacher explain the rule of using quotation marks and comma in dialogue writing.
5. Game: Rewrite the sentences with quotation marks and commas correctly.
6. Presentation and correction with teacher’s assistance.

ACTIVITY 3: READING SKILLS

LS 2.3.1 Able to read for information and enjoyment with guidance: (a) fiction
1. Every pupil read the story given using correct pronunciation with teacher’s guidance.
2. Pupils identify the new words and the meaning learned from the story.
