What is next after registration?

Filling in your checklist:


•You will get directed automatically to set
up password for your personal client portal
on the browser;
•After set up your password you will see
your client portal;

•Start filling in your onboarding checklist as


detail as possible, before select Key Handover
Date (first priority), and Date Of First Available
(DOFA);

Airbnb hosting account registration:

• We recommend you to set up a hosting account


separates from your travel account;

• Plesae do not to link your Google account with


Airbnb;

• Verify the same bank account as in your client portal;

• Verify your Government ID before handed over;

O n c e y o u h av e c h o s e n y o u r Ke y H a n d o v e r D a te :

• Make sure 3 sets of keys are ready and tested in advance;

• Please test WiFi and broadband are functionly activated, and


make sure the account and password are correctly input
while completing checklist;

• Double check all items listed in the Essential Items slide are
in place, and in working condition;

• A member of our staff will visit your property on the


handover date, and collect 3 sets of keys;

• Onboarding Journey: Our staff will take information/photo of


facilities in your property ( i.e. boiler, fusebox and thermostat,
water main switch, etc);

• Our staff will install a key safe on a safe place near your
property, that completes the handover of your propery;

Once you chose your DOFA:

• DOFA is the date you want your property to


start taking bookings from Airbnb, among
other platforms;

• Initial clean will preform before DOFA;

• A professional photographer will visit your


property to take short-letting standard
photos on a selected date, usually after initial
clean has carried out;

E ssential Items:

• WiFi: account and password;


• Cleaning items: mop and bucket, vacuum cleaner, cleaning
products and cleaning cloths;
• Hair dryer;
• Iron and ironing board;
• Smoke detector and CO2 detector;
• Cutlery and Utensil - match the maximum number of guests
your property can accommodate;
