Students were unable to completely access the school WI-FI because of its slow
internet connection. Students can't search online, open the web and etc. For MCM is a
school who adapts LC-OBE, the effects of slow internet connection to students and staff
were palpable.
Throughout the years, the internet has been a huge contribution to the education
and knowledge of the youth today. In present time, schools have already been
upgrading and taking quizzes, activities, and exams online. With the country’s internet
state, online activities will surely be interrupted and results will be affected.
This study aims to help the authorities see the complaints and problems
regarding the relationship between the internet and digital learning in the Philippines.
With this the country will be able to improve and fix the factors that will affect the said
issue in the future.
5. Research Questions:
(a) How does slow paced WI-FI affect students in digital learning school?
(b) Will the Philippines be able to achieve the level of WI-FI other countries have?
(c) How important is fast-paced WI-FI to students and teachers who encounter
digital learning?
Malayan Colleges Mindanao is offering Filipino subjects and has Filipino educators,
which are very unfamiliar for foreign students. Because of this, problems like confusion,
weak comprehension, and nonparticipation arises during lectures or classes hours and
activities.
It is important for this issue to be solved since Foreign Students are investing their
money and time for education in Philippines. Inability of resolving the issue will lead to
degrading of Philippines educational standards.
The study aims to know about the Comprehensive Ability of Foreign Students in
MCM and how are they coping up with the different teaching approach in MCM. With
this the school, teachers and students will know how to address, solve and deal with
this kind of problem.
5. Research Questions:
(a) What is the current level of comprehension of foreign students in MCM?
(b) How can teachers and/or co-students help foreign students to improve their
comprehensive ability?
(c) How can we, as a community, solve this problem?
The study aims to improve the English Language proficiency situation of Filipino
students. With the improvement on the English language proficiency it’ll also aid and
help in the student’s global competitiveness.

(a) What is the impact of foreign students on improvement of English language
proficiency among Filipino?
(b) What is the level of English language proficiency among Filipino?
(c) Does foreign students have an effect on the improvement of English language
proficiency among Filipino?
