PRE CONSTRUCTION

 CONDUCT FEASIBILITY STUDY


* Developer assess current trends and needs
* Conduct Site analysis
* Verify property rghts (TCT, Tax Declaration)

 LAND ACQUISITION
* Developer acquired the land based on agreed terms and condition

 SOIL TESTING
* Test your soil for strength, density, compaction, contamination, organics and sand content,
and assess their impact on your construction project
* Assessing the suitability of the soil for the desire project
* Needed in licensing application
* GOAL: TO HAVE TECHNICAL, SOUND AND INFORMED DECISION MAKING AND PLANNING
