Petitioner, by undersigned counsel, respectfully states:

1. On 15 October 2019, the undersigned counsel received the

Order dated 4 October 2019 to make the necessary corrections to the
exhibits marked and formally offered.

2. On 29 August 2019, the undersigned counsel presented its

witness Mr. Richard Andrew O. Paredes who identified the Translated Civil
Code of Japan as Exhibit “P”. However, the correct marking of the
identified Civil Code of Japan should be Exhibit “F”.

3. Thus, the undersigned counsel would like to ask this Honorable

Court to correct the marking and formal offer that the Translated Civil Code
of Japan identified by Mr. Richard Andrew O. Paredes be marked as Exhibit
“F”.

correct the marking and formal offer of the Exhibit that the Translated Civil
