1.0 Main Heading 1

Following guidelines shall be followed while writing project document:
·          Templates: Standard Templates for Excel (A4/A3) shall be used.
  
·          Cover Page:
 
§   Project Title: Font Size – 18pt, Font Style - Arial Bold
§   Document Title/Document and Contract Number – Font Size – 14pt
§   Period: Only applicable for progress report otherwise Heading can be removed.
§   LTHE Logo: By default the Logo size is width 6.5cm/2.55inch and height is 1.2cm/0.47inch,
however the logo may be re-sized to Minimum – Width 4.5cm/1.8inch, Height 0.83cm/0.33inch to
accommodate vendor logo or otherwise. Always stretch logo from corner.
If required, other project stakeholder logo may place after Customer & LTHE Logo as appropriate
§   Role i.e. customer, PMC. EPC , EPCM etc. and companies name shall be changed as per project.
·          Header and Footer: Following shall be adhered for Header and Footer.
 
§    Text Properties in Header Table:
Document Title: Font Size – 10pt, Font Style – Arial Bold;
Stream/Function/Discipline Name: Fort Size – 10, Font Style – Aria Bold;
Document Number/Revision/Date sections: Fort Size – 9, Font Style – Normal;
Date format: DD-MM-YY, ‘MM’ in Text format (i.e. Jan, Feb, Oct...);
§    Footer: Page No. Text Size – 9 pt, Page No. Style – X of Y.
§   Note 1: Wherever required in project ‘Project-Title’ and ‘Service Type’ section can be merged.
§   Note 2: Document Title and Project Document Number shall write directly (after deletion of caption)
i.e. For Document Title-‘Procedure for Audit’, For Project Doc. No.- ‘ G-STDX-00-ES-FT-000801’.
§   Note 3: Project Document Number shall be as per project document numbering philosophy agreed
with customer on a particular project. However Footer Bottom ‘LTHE Doc. No.’ shall be as per standard
LTHE document numbering philosophy. Both Project and LTHE document number may be same
where customer agreed on LTHE document number philosophy
·          Page Margins: Left – 1.90, Right – 1.5, Top – 1.0cm, Bottom –1.1, Header-1.0, Footer-0.8
  
·          Heading (Title/Subtitle/Sub-subtitle):
   Font Size: Main Title – 12pt, Subtitle – 11pt, Sub to Subtitle –10pt and any further heading
§   
title after sub to subtitle – 10pt;
§    Font Style: Arial Bold, Not in Capital;
At-least Main Title/Subtitle/Sub-subtitle shall number as given here (i.e. 1.0, 2.0,..1.1, 1.2,
