The humble Caveat Application of the Caveator abovenamed Most Respectfully

Sheweth that : -

1 The Caveators are original defendants in the Special civil Suit no 428/ 2000,
The original plaintifs have filed the applicatin below EXH 5, The Hon'ble
Third Joint Civil Court (S D ), Surat has dismissed the applicatin by order
dated 20 July, 2002.. Being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the
abovementioned Order the proposed appellants herein likely to prefer
Appeal from Order before this Hon'ble Court.

2 In that circumstances caveator prays that NO ORDER MAY BE

PASSED without hearing the caveator or his Advocate – Shaktisinh
