Agreement to Borrow Equipment

Central Azucarera De Tarlac, borrowing the Freezers from Meatworld

International Inc. The capacity of the freezers is 100 up to 150 pieces per unit.

I understand that there is no Charge for use of the equipment. However, in the
event that the equipment is lost or destroyed while in CAT possession, CAT
agrees to cover any and all costs associated with the replacement of the
lost/damaged equipment.
